He has worked with international organizations on climate resilience, environmental health, and large-scale mapping initiatives.

Layman is responsible for overseeing the collection, storage, interpretation of data, data visualisation and build models using Artificial intelligence algorithms for customer and marketing analytics, financial and risk analytics and Logistics and supply chain analytics utilising statistical, and programming skills for exploratory data analysis. He has been instrumental in mapping disease hotspots (Spatio- temporal) patterns, programming, training and implementation of several national surveys using Geographical Information Systems.

Tafadzwa leads software development and data systems architecture at GeoHub. He designs custom GIS platforms, mobile data collection tools, and business intelligence dashboards. With deep expertise in full-stack development and spatial databases, he enables seamless integration of mapping technologies with enterprise solutions, focusing on operational efficiency and user-centric design.
